Motion sickness at night

Im 8 weeks pregnant and i have started to feel nausea only at night . Is this normal? During the daytime, i don't feel nausea at all but when night falls, my mouth will start to salivate alot and the motion sickness starts. This makes me lose appetite to eat dinner so i made sure i ate something during breakfast and lunch. Sometimes my stomach cramps too while im having a motion sickness. Im okay with the nausea but i got so worried when my stomach started to hurt. My first appointment will only be 2 weeks later. 😔#pleasehelp #FTM #firstmom

I’m also having morning sickness but only at night once the sun sets. I find that eating ritz crackers with sliced cheese, dried apricots, and dried orange skin helps with the nausea. I also drink a lot of hot water, milo, or oats.

Cheese on toast also helps me!
