losing weight 7mths pp

hi all , im 7mths pp now and still can’t seem to get rid of my flabby tummy & reduce my hip size. not gonna lie i was lazy in wearing binders when i first gave birth as it was damn hot and regretting it now 😫 does it still works to wear binders now? i’m no longer bf & bb refuse to latch anymore thus i can’t lose it by bf
