1st trim nutrition

I'm 6 weeks preg and had fresh bleeding on saturday, doctor said bb is still inside but size of fetus are like 4-5 weeks old and smaller then expected, seen dr again yesterday and said that bb was growing very slow and expect the worst if is not growing....we prepare the worst, but will still try all the possibility to help before the next appt. wat shld i take to feed my bb grow bigger??
