Bleeding at 5 weeks

im at 5 weeks.. baby at 2mm.. hv been bleeding since Tues (already at 4th day) Sac is still intact and at a gd place.. heartbeat is abit slow so doc will see me again next wed. Gynae increased my meds dosage. the blood is like normal period and not spotting kind.. But i cant help but worry.. is this normal?
