Cats

Hi, I'm 4 months pregnant. Our cat is unhealthy right now and has been vomitting and pooping on the floor. My sister-in-law cleaned it because they know its dangerous for me to clean it. The floor has been wiped clean but I am still paranoid wether its safe for me to walk around barefoot in the house. I stop wearing slippers in the house because the doctor advise me to stop wearing them for a different reason. So my question is, is it safe for me to walk around barefoot? Are the germs gone once the surface is cleaned?
