Ay, I totally get the worry sis! 4 days delay is stressful talaga, pero remember na ang negative PT ay usually accurate na pag 4 days na delayed ka, pero kung kailangan mo ng peace of mind, better to see your OB na lang para sa blood test kasi sometimes mas accurate siya than home PT. A few of us went through the same when we stopped pills, at ang cycle namin talaga took a couple of months to regulate ulit dahil ang hormones need time to settle after the pill, kaya possible rin na late lang ang period mo because of that adjustment, hindi necessarily pregnancy. Pero of course, only your doc can confirm for sure, so I'd suggest getting an appointment na para matulog ka nang mahimbing hehe!
