is this normal para sa first pregnancy?

I'm on my 39th week.. and I'm having a terrible rash on hands and feet. Please help. I couldn't go out to have myself checked or buy medicine because of community quarantine.

Wag po muna kumain ng mga malalangsa like eggs and chicken po. Meron din po ako ganyan. And it's normal to pregnant women naman po. :)
