Should gynae measure baby’s head diameter(HC) during last few weeks of pregnancy?

I’m 38weeks now and for the past few pregnancy check up, the gynae only measured the baby’s stomach diameter (AC) to estimate her weight. But isn’t her head size matter as well? To see if the head size is ok for vaginal birth? #firsttimemom #pleasehelp #firstbaby
