NO SIGNS OF LABOR

Hi! I'm 38 weeks and 4 days. Due date ko po is July 24 sa first ultrasound. Is it normal not to have signs of labor? Open cervix but no cm yet and mataas pa daw si Baby. Medjo naiinip nadin kase kami and medjo worried ako kase may water minsan na nalabas saken and minsan feeling ko din may nasama sa pee ko. Yung older sister ko kase sa first baby nya ganun daw, na cs kase paubos na yung water and due date na nya. Anyone who has the same experience? Pacheck po sa ob if di pa nagrapture ang water bag and also check if enough pa po ang water sa loob. They would advise you po if safe pa or you need to be admitted na. Ask din if they can induce you na if you really wanted to give birth na po.
