37weeks and 3days breech. ADVICE PLEASE

I’m on my 37weeks and 3days kakapacheck up ko lang po sa OB ko at sabi ni doc breech si baby eh full term na daw sya. Any suggestion or advice po para umikot pa po si baby? First time mom po kasi natatakot po ko baka di na sya umikot😭 #firstbaby #pleasehelp #pregnancy #breechproblem #37weeks3Day

Aww mama, I can feel your worry talaga! Please talk to your OB right away about what you can safely do, she'll know what's best for baby at this stage, whether it's exercises, positions, or if baby needs help turning. A few of my mum friends were in the same boat, and some babies did turn on their own pa lang, pero your doctor needs to guide you kasi may risks din if we do things wrong. Stay calm, mama, your OB has a plan, I'm sure! You're doing great, first-time mom ka pa lang.
