8months of pregnancy.

Hi I'm 34 weeks pregnant my stomach getting so tight and hard and started paining. Getting problem on moving and walking sleeping as well. Kindly suggest me what I have to do in this situation to cure this pain. And also my pelvic area is paining so badly that I can't sleep at night. Doctor has adviced me that it's bcoz of my baby gaining weight but still I'm not comfortable with this pain. Plz give some advice dears.....
