That’s normal lang, momsh. Nag-ppractice na yung uterus mo ng contactions for your birth. It’s called Braxton Hicks Contractions, you can look it up. 😊 Yung sa constipation naman, I can’t really say it’s normal kasi lagi ko din siya na-eexperience nung preggy ako. 😅 I guess just increase your fiber intake nalang. 😊

nag start na nga pong manigas-nigas tiyan ko ulit this days. Di rin makapag check up due to lockdown. But as i observed sobrang galaw ni baby kaya panatag ako na okay siya. Thank you po for the answer. 😊
