What I've heard from other mamas is that if the movement feels different from YOUR normal, even if you still reach the 10 counts, it's always better to go to the hospital or klinik to do a proper CTG monitoring, just to be safe and put your heart at ease. My neighbour actually went in for the same concern around her third trimester and the nurses were very kind about it, they said mamas should never hesitate to come in for reduced movement, no matter how small the change feels. Do also try lying on your left side, drink some cold water or have a light snack, then count movements in a calm, quiet moment, sometimes baby is just having a slower day, but it's always worth confirming with proper monitoring. Please do check with your own doctor or specialist, especially since this has continued into the second day, as they know your pregnancy history best.
