sorethroat

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and suffering from sorethroat. Can you help me what will I do? I feel pain in my tummy everytime I can't help to cough. I started to feel this when I accidentally inhaled the cigarrete smoke from Co worker. Please help. Thanks.
