Sore breast

Hi.. im 32 weeks now. Does anyone have ever felt engorgememt b4 baby born.?? Currently I'm feeling pain and have to constantly massage them. Is this normal???

Its normal but if it make you feel too much discomfort or too much pain please consult your doctor.
