Aw sis, 31 weeks and sobrang init talaga, alam ko yan, kamusta ka na lang physically huhu! Try to stay hydrated as much as you can, and honestly, light cotton clothes lang at fans are lifesavers; a few of us pregnant mums just lived in front of the aircon those last weeks, walang tigil haha. Pampering yourself with cool showers or cold compress on your belly and neck talaga ang nagrelieve sa amin, at kung kaya mo, try to rest more during the hottest part of the day na para safe din sa baby mo.
