Im on 2nd trimesters i have spotting every morning is this normal?

It's not normal po, pariho tayo nag spotting din.. Nag pa check up ako then binigyan ako ng Duphaston ng Ob ko pati mga Vitamins na dapat kong inumin,, pag ka ganyan pala threatened tayo sa miscarriage kaya be careful and plenty of bedrest.. Pero depends po yan sa result at sa sasabuhin ng OB mo sayo,, sundin mo lang advice niya..
