Will i have a scan on next appt if i receive the Investigation Form?

Hi! Im on my 2nd pregnancy. I realised that this time i dont have many checkups/appointments compared to my 1st pregnancy. My last checkup was at 8+4 and then i received an Investigation Form that states Obstetric Ultrasound (i believe i only receive this if im going for an Ultrasound Scan). So does that mean my next checkup on 9 Nov 2023 (ill be 14+5), i will have a simple scan done? #pleasehelp #pleasehelp #pleasehelp  I hope to see my baby! ): its been too longggg )):

Yes, if they gave you an Obstetric Ultrasound investigation form, that very likely means a scan is scheduled for that visit. My second pregnancy felt so different from my first too, fewer appointments and all, but the form is usually a good sign you will get to see your baby at 14 weeks plus.
