I'm 25weeks pregnant and my problem is I have a low lying placenta ,I'm nervous ,what should I do ,or any suggestions

Pareho tayo ng naging kaso nagbleeding ako kasi lowlying placenta pala ako. Pinag bedrest lang ako tatayo lang kapag kakain o kaya cc.r. thank God high lying na ako ngayun and ready for normal delivery soon.
