sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

Me too..20weeks na walang mahimbing na tulog

I’m 20 weeks also and can’t sleep at all

Hot pack po, pero ako yung issue ko namn sobra sa tulog

    Bili ka lang po ng hotpack na kailangan eh charge or meron din yung lalagyan mo lang ng mainit na tubig sa loob. Then, lagay mo lng sa likod or balakang mo. Nakaka wala po ng cramping, nakaka comfort
