Shoul i take Calcium tabs?

I’m on my 19wks, going 20 and wala pong nireseta si OB na calcium supplement, only folic acid and multivit(iron, vit.Bcom) . Should I contact her? Or can i just take any calcium + d3 tabs? I’m drinking anmum pero seldom lang kasi di ako fan ng lasa nya. Or any other preg. milk suggestion? #advicepls #FTM

    Yes po, went there 2wks ago. I asked her and sabi nya okay lang naman daw po na mag take ako. Pero nanotice ko lng na medyo nagrereact tung sikmura ko every time i drink it. 😢
