Baby movement?

Im 18 weeks pregnant. Sometimes I feel a sudden “swell” on the right side / middle of the stomach and disappears around a minute or less or so. Most of the time it happens in the morning or after I pee. Today it happened when I was lounging on the sofa and my right side became super raised and tight! Is this baby or something is wrong with me :/
