Bleeding/blood/spotting

I’m 16weeks 4days today. I just went to the toilet and had a shock that that’s blood. I don’t know is bleeding or what. I didn’t have any tummy cramp. What happened? Is it common or normal? Anyone encounter the same issues as me before?
