Hospital Leave on Govt Hospital

Hey, I'm 14 weeks pregnant and experiencing significant pain in my pubic bone area when I walk or seat also. This makes my daily commute difficult and my work situation even worse. Has anyone dealt with something similar? Did your doctor advise taking a hospital leave for rest?
