Cervix at 13weeks

Im 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant, my last appointment was December 13. Tagged healthy.Was prescribed metronidazole to be taken Dec 17, but my discharge and itch disappeared so I didnt take it.Today I was feeling uncomfortable again, so I decided to check my discharge. I inserted my finger and noticed a pimple like pointy flesh on the surface of my cervix. Id like to ask if this is something that I should be concerned about?Already booked an appointment with my OB. Mama, good decision to book with your OB na, that's the right move! Please don't worry too much in the meantime; cervical changes happen during pregnancy, but your doctor needs to see it in person to know what's going on. One of my mum friends had similar worries and turned out to be nothing, pero palaging better safe than sorry, diba? Just make sure to mention to your OB exactly what you felt so they can check it properly. You're doing great by being proactive, just breathe muna until your appointment!
