Pain on left lower left side of tummy

I had similar cramps around the end of my first trimester too, mummy 😢 It felt like a strong menstrual cramp and really scared me. In my case, my OB said it could be due to the uterus stretching and growing. The pain went away on its own and everything was okay. ❤️ If the pain becomes severe, keeps happening, or is accompanied by bleeding, I'd get checked just for peace of mind.
