bed rest

hi im on my 11 weeks now with subchorionic hemorrhage. im staying with my in laws during weekdays because they have a yaya. my husband works on a night shift. the thing is mil says " buti pa si nanay mo matyaga mag alaga ng bata ako hindi na talaga. " i cant stay with my parent's house during weekdays because we don't have yaya there. ever since na bed rest ako i cant help her sa chores. im supposed to be complete bed rest but since im here in my in laws.their yaya doesn't help at all.i have to wake up early to prepare their food kase kina mil iba iba sila oras kumain plus brunch na sila nakain, so the lunch is also late . i cant stand na magutom two kids ko si in short nagawa ako. lately my mil has habbit of sleeping very late as in 4 am tapos now she says nataas daw ang bp nya.hubby only helps kapag nagising na sya.im not supposed to experience stress pero lately nastress ako talaga sa kanila.i don't know if all the people in my in law's house understand the meaning of complete bed rest. :-(
