Is it safe for 1st trimester to fasting?

I'm 10w3d pregnant. my morning sickness sometimes can be worst juga. makan muntah, 2days try to fast but after subuh muntah smua and make my stomach hungry. Just wondering either it safe for me to fast or just fast as long as I can?? pls give ur opnion mommy ?

same with me...10w5d.. try jugak.. x mampu dlm kul 10 tu mata dah berpinau..pening..kaki n bdan dah menggeletar..so, berbuka...n x puasa... yg pasti jgn dngar ckp org yg boleh memudaratkam kita.. kita lg tahu diri kita..
