1cm with blood discharge

I'm 1 cm since last night when I go hospital bcoz I got severe pain but they sent me home this morning when I wake up there's a blood come out , then i rush to go back in the hospital again but still 1cm they sent me home again even I'm bleeding, is there anyone can help me what to do btw I'm 39 weeks

Mama, if you're bleeding at 39 weeks, please go back to the hospital right now or call your OB agad, don't wait. This needs proper monitoring kahit 1 cm pa lang, kasi ang bleeding with pain at this stage ay dapat checked closely by your doctor.
