Medical certificate given?

Hello! I'll be going for my first ultrasound appointment in 2 weeks. Will a medical certificate be issued? Or do I have to apply for annual leaves for my appointments hereafter?

Hello. I wasn’t give any medical certificate on my first ultrasound visit. However, I’m told by the nurse that medical certificate will be given for week 12 ultrasound and test for down syndrome.

oh I see... is the down syndrome test compulsory?
