So for PediaSure 3+, the mixing ratio is usually 1 scoop per 25ml of water, so for 4oz (around 120ml) that's about 5 scoops, for 7oz (around 210ml) that's 8-9 scoops, at para sa 8oz (240ml) that's about 10 scoops, pero honestly the best way is to check the exact instructions sa back ng canister mo kasi sometimes it varies slightly between batches. One of my mum friends always keeps the measuring spoon na kasama ng formula para di siya nababaliw sa amounts, at mas accurate talaga!
