Menstruation after giving birth

Ay first time mom din ako noon, and honestly it took me almost 4 months bago bumalik ang period ko kahit exclusively breastfeeding, so totally normal yan! Every mom is different though, isa sa mga kaibigan ko nag-period na after 6 weeks pa lang, while another took almost a year kaya hindi talaga predictable, lalo na if breastfeeding ka. Since CS ka, mas mahaba usually compared sa normal delivery, pero wala ring exact timeline talaga. If you're worried or may unusual spotting, better check with your OB na lang para peace of mind, pero most likely lahat ok lang!
