Mommy you can take a shower after you give birth, just don't take a BATH where you soak yourself in a tub. That is a no no and you'll have to wait a few days before you can do that because of your wounds. Be careful in washing around your wound, if it is through CS or vaginal birth, just be gentle in the way you clena yourself.
