im not taking calcium supplements, just milk po 2x a day since 1st tri plus cheese, yogurt, dilis (calcium rich foods) + yung obimin at immunopro lang, yan lang as per my OB. wala naman akong naging problem sa calcium ko like sa bones and ngipin, and mangannagak na ko soon.. okay lahat. basta balanced and healthy foods po pero if gusto nyo po ng supplements talaga, better ask your Ob po for recommended brands nya.
My OB prescribed Caltrate Plus since the beginning of my pregnancy po. Nung about 4 months na, OB also recommended to drink milk. Any milk naman daw pero mas okay talaga kung maternity milk.
4 months ako ng niresitahan ako ng calcium.. Calciumade recommended saken ng OB ko.
Anmum lang advise sakin ng OB ko mii, no specific calcium recommended
