From what I've heard from other mums, yung standard ay around 60mg of iron daily, usually once a day lang, with or without food (though some say mas okay kung may kain kang light na makain kasama para hindi ma-upset ang tiyan). My friend went to her OB at sinabi na pwede ring 1-3 times daily depending sa anemia level mo, pero ang common lang talaga ay once daily, mas simple at less hassle lalo na pag busy ka haha. The key is consistent lang, every day, at best if you take it same time every morning or evening para hindi mo makalimutan sa chaos ng pregnancy brain. Pero honestly, since everyone's situation is different (especially kung may anemia ka or hindi), better check with your own doc or specialist para sa exact dosage na perfect sa iyo, they'll know best based sa blood work mo.
