If not with a ripe mango on the side, what’s best to partner sticky rice that kids would love too?

One of my favourite things to do with sticky rice is to shape them into pancakes or balls and dip them in an eggwash mixture. After that I'd lightly fry them. Any kind of tempura dish. I usually pair it with tempura shrimp and a simple curry. The sticky and crunchy texture combination is soooo good. Reckon the kids will enjoy this combination too :)

Sticky rice accompaniments don't always have to be sweet. How about a yummy chicken or beef stew?
