Yes, sure. Maybe keep the dry ones in an air tight container then or cover in a drying rack. Leaving them out uncovered defeats the purpose of sterilizing

No need to keep sterilizing it. Just cap tightly those unused bottles to maintain in clean condition until u use it again.
