Hello po doc! Ano po need ko inumin aside po sa folic acid and milk po, i'm on my 1st trimester po? Madalas naman po ako kumain ng veggies at fruits po. Di pa po kasi ako nakakapagpacheck up gawa po ng lock down po. Thanks po.
