Some parents go through KKH or NUH for infant circumcision as it is done under proper medical supervision, and those routes may have CDA options depending on how it is billed. Private clinics do offer this too, but the costs and CDA eligibility can vary, so it is good to call ahead and confirm before committing. I would start with your PD for a referral, just to make sure everything is assessed properly for such a young baby.
