Should i be worried

Any idea what this could be? Its itchy as i could see her scratching at night. But doesnt seem to bother her during the day. Got more worried when i saw the black spots. Washing doesnt seem to help

It could be eczema. You may want to consult a doctor to be properly diagnosed. You’ll probably need a prescription. Nothing to be too worried about though.
