Honestly, BPS ultrasound machines are pretty specific kaya limited talaga ang clinics na may ganyan, lalo na outside Metro Manila, a few of us from Bataan had to drive to nearby provinces or even go to private hospitals in the city para makakuha ng detailed imaging. Best bet is to call the major hospitals in Bataan like Bataan General Hospital or ang private clinics doon directly, kasi they might have partnerships with centers na may BPS capability, or they can refer you to the nearest one.
