Expired vitagen

Hi! Any idea if there would be any risk if I consumed expired vitagen? Have been drinking it for the past 2-3 weeks and having diarrhoea. Initially thought that diarrhoea was caused by the milk taken until my helper told me that the vitagen expired 1 month ago.. 😭 (my bad for not checking expiry date before consuming stuff) I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant (4 months pp). Should I see a doctor to be safe? 😮‍💨
