Aiyo, I understand the worry, 20 days delay with cramping and sore breasts is definitely confusing, especially with a negative UPT last week. Honestly, kalau nak tahu betul-betul, a scan at the clinic boleh check even if UPT negative, sebab sometimes it shows up on ultrasound earlier or there could be other reasons for the delay (like hormonal imbalance, stress, or cyst). I'd suggest book a checkup with your doctor rather than wait lagi, they can do a proper scan and blood test to rule out pregnancy or other causes, and at least you'll get peace of mind.
