Aiyoh I haven't given birth at Kulai specifically, but a few of us in my circle have done HSI and HSA, and honestly the experience really depends on which shift and doctor you get lah, some rooms are quite cramped but the staff are generally very helpful. Yes lah, your husband can teman you throughout, most government hospitals allow that, though you better check with your doctor first because sometimes during certain procedures they might ask him to step out for a bit.
