Hari ovulasi

Eh kak, ovulation tu hari-hari dalam cycle kamu masa body prepare untuk release egg, biasanya around day 14 kalau cycle kamu 28 hari, tapi setiap orang lain-lain je timing dia. Kalau dah lama tak dapat period, boleh jadi you're not ovulating, or pregnancy, or hormones ada masalah, definitely kena check dengan doctor cepat-cepat eh, jangan tunggu lama sebab banyak factors yang boleh cause this, dari stress sampai thyroid issues.
