Hmm, from what I've generally heard, MY World Upper Serangoon View has a decent enough reputation, the teachers tend to be fairly attentive and the environment is kept reasonably clean, which is always a big thing for me when choosing a preschool. The curriculum seems structured without being too rigid, so kids from playgroup level do get a good mix of play and early learning. That said, a friend did mention that experience can vary quite a bit depending on which class teacher your child gets, so it's probably worth going down for a visit and getting a feel for the actual classroom environment and ratio before committing. Overall the vibe I get is more positive than negative, but like any preschool, it's not perfect for everyone, just make sure you ask about teacher turnover when you do the tour, as that seems to matter a lot at this age.
