Irregular Gestational Sac

I went to see gynae yest for first time at 5W5D, she told me that my sac is irregular in shape. She told me to come again nx wk to check again for the sac as its still in the early stages. I know this is not really a good news. I told my husband to accompany me for the appointment nx wk. Anyone experienced smth similar before? Open to any advice and help.
