Irregular Gestational Sac

Question

I went to see gynae yest for first time at 5W5D, she told me that my sac is irregular in shape. She told me to come again nx wk to check again for the sac as its still in the early stages. I know this is not really a good news. I told my husband to accompany me for the appointment nx wk.Anyone experienced smth similar before? Open to any advice and help. I really feel you on this, the waiting and not knowing is honestly one of the hardest parts, especially when it is your very first pregnancy. At 5 weeks plus it is still so early, and sometimes the sac shape can look a little different at this stage before things settle, so try to hold on to that hope while you wait for your next scan. It is good that your gynae is monitoring you closely and that your husband will be with you, having that support next to you really makes a difference. Hang in there, and do not hesitate to call your gynae's clinic if you have any concerns or symptoms before your next appointment, they are there to help you through this.
