Baby size smaller than usual

I just went for my scan. Im currently at 24 weeks gg 25. But the scan shows the size of a 21 weeks old baby. Should i be worried ? 😟

It can be genes that baby small in size. My last check I am at 28 weeks, but baby's size slightly small. However, not too underweight or below the expected. Just boost more nutrients, milk, vitamins to ensure healthy and grow well.
