When it rains, it pours.

So I just went to my OB to see the results of my lab tests, as expected, I failed my OGCT. I have GDM probably overt diabetes since it runs in the blood and my TsH is extremely low. Does anyone here had extremely low TsH level in first trimester? How's your journey so far?

Hay, sis, I'm so sorry you're dealing with all this at once, that's really tough. But please listen: both low TSH in pregnancy and GDM need proper monitoring from your OB, so make sure you're following up with her regularly and getting the specific guidance she gives para sa iyo. A few of my mum friends have gone through thyroid issues during pregnancy, and honestly, ang key talaga is staying on top of the appointments and blood work, it can feel overwhelming, pero your doctor will manage it. You're not alone in this, and maraming moms have had complicated pregnancies and came out fine. Take it one step at a time, eat well, and don't hesitate to call your OB if you're worried about anything. You've got this, mama.
