Is this the right decision?
I was told that my blood sugar is borderline to being diabetic, kaya i need to lower my carbs intake. I bought these in exchange for white rice. Tama kaya assumption ko na I would have lower carbs intake if I eat these instead of rice? Sabi kasi eating food made of whole wheat/grain has lower carbs than white rice and di ko gusto nung original quaker oats kaya I preferred to buy these.
